We have a 13d building on pilings with a 20x12 storage area underneath that is enclosed by lattice.
Do you think the lattice is substantial enough of an enclosure to require additional protection? As always in North Florida, the big deal is not a couple of sprinklers, but rather how to freeze protect 2 sprinklers and piping without a large expense to the owner. Dry Sprinklers may not be feasible due to the fact that the piping feeding them would be only protected with plywood and vinyl and I am uncertain that there is sufficient radiant heat to protect it from freezing.
