I only have paper versions of both 02 and 05. I'm chiming in due to
the huge change between the two. The 02 version allows the use of
NFPA 13 ONLY after you proof that the 13 method equals or exceeds the
Force AND Displacement values otherwise calculated by ASCE-7.
