I've seen quite a bit of it in residential rehabs, the claim it helps
getting closer to "green" qualifications.

I know it's compatible with CPVC, got a memo here somewhere...

The few attics I've seen it used, they completely fill the space between the
joists making it almost like a smooth flat plane.
