There was a long silence on the other end of the phone when I mentioned I'd flowed every head in the building, and the building itself only consisted of 2,650 square feet. She wasn't very happy when I inquired if she was suggesting I add sprinklers from another building to the most remote area calculations. I don't think she likes me much after that.
