Just thought I'd mention it as it was a train of thought mentioned to me; that there is a lot to be said for Double Interlock for larger freezer operations as if there is accidental discharge (fork list error) then the freezer has to be thawed out for clean up to take place. Stock can be wasted, store operations severely impacted...Just a consideration when doing your bean counting.
