That was our thought, and for safety sake brace the legs (2" sch. 40
threaded w/floor flanges) to the walls. It sits in a corner so two of the
legs could be braced, one to each wall.

Bobby,

Our local pump representative on request will supply a containment pan with
the Diesel oil tank.
The oil tank is set in place with floor flanges on the legs inside the pan
and then the diesel tank is filled. 
It is not moving after that.
