Subject: Exposed Expanded Group A Plastics

 I am having a problem coming up with design criteria for the following
using NFPA 13 (07ed).

Product: Exposed, Expanded, Group A plastic Foam Taxidermy forms (the
type used for target shooting) in open shelf racks stored to 12' in a 20'
high building. Aisle width is 4'.
Total storage is around 40,000 SF.
Since the storage is over 5ft and 4000SF, this puts us out of miscellaneous
storage. When I use the decision tree in chapter 17, it tells me that I am
outside the scope of ch17.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dewayne
