Robert, What is the oven processing? There are times when a sprinkler wet or dry just isn't the appropriate protection measure.
One issue we ran into with high temp heads is that they did not have a UL listing since they were often used in such non-standard applications. But for ovens it is not uncommon to use CO2 with heat detection since you can get rate compensation style HD's up to 725F.
