I do not when I use an inside fire pump system for the water supply that
does not supply the outside fire hydrants.

Subject: Hose allowance

I am calculating a new ESFR system that is supplied by an existing fire
pump. I am using a recent fire pump test as my water supply information
and calculating the system back to the pump discharge flange.
My question is when picking up hose allowance, NFPA dictates 250GPM.
Normally I would put 100gpm inside and 150gpm outside. Since I am
calculating back to the pump discharge flange, do I still need to
include the 150 outside house? If so, where?
Thanks,
Dewayne Martinez
