I have an owner of a building with a relatively small attic that has a dry system in place that was not installed properly and he would like to make this portion of his attic an anti-freeze system instead of correcting the pitch of the pipes, etc. Part of the reason for this is that the existing dry system has dry pendents and if the pitch is corrected he would be looking at replacing a lot of them. (BTW this is not my idea. He got this idea from an engineer/friend of his.) Daniel L.
