It may be. I have a facility in Dallas that I was trying to get approved for
aerosol storage. Not going to make it.

Subject: Texas flow tests

For anybody who does work in Texas: Have you noticed a drop in flow test
results this year? I was wondering if the drought has had an impact. I've been
doing some work in the Houston area and flow tests seem to be coming in worse
than normal. I was wondering if this was part of the problem.
