I visited a facility last week where they will be producing Biodiesel. There are approximately 15 - 6000 gallon PVC tanks. The tanks appear to be approximately 15 high and are supported on frames approximately 18" off the floor. Some of the tanks will contain water, others will be filled with a the raw cooking oil (MSDS pending) and others will be empty. My question right now is on the empty plastic containers. Would they be protected as a solid pilled Group A plastic? Couldn't find anything that would deviate from that, but want to be sure I'm not missing something.
