In a warehouse, empty plastic totes (about 3'x3'x3') are piled 6 high to a height of 18 feet. The manager claims the storage is temporary, and they are cleared everyday. However, I think this area should be designed for the storage even if stored for a few hours. I still have to find out the class for the plastic. My question (another one) is, is this considered plastic storage to 18 feet high?
