Dwayne, I tried to make the pipe chase argument with an oversized steel column enclosure, but was not successful. I doubt if the 55sqft would apply because it is horizontal enclosure as opposed to a vertical one. Are you using the 3000 sqft remote area since you are adjacent to a combustible concealed space?
