I'll second that comment about the storage area. You can have encapsulated
palletized materials of all kinds stored in racks or in any manner imaginable.

The sales floor is the easy part.

Also don't forget about coolers and freezers.

The problem is not the OH2 retail sales floor. Check out the expected storage
areas with the plastics, Styrofoam, aerosols and high piled rack storage that
will require storage protection.

Cecil- thanks, I just over looked it when I was reading. Maybe time to get the
checked.

Look up the word "mercantile" in the annex of NFPA 13. As in "Emma, We need
beans, flour and rice. So, I'm hitchin' up the wagons and heading for the
MERCANTILE."
But remember, the annex is merely a guide. Content and arrangement can call
for different protection strategies.

It should be recognized that the above is my opinion as a member of the NFPA,
and has not been processed as a formal interpretation in accordance with the
NFPA Regulations Governing Committee Projects and should therefore not be
considered, nor relied upon, as the official position of the the NFPA, nor any
of their technical committees.

Sincerely,
