Thanks for the info. Well that's all fine and dandy but the old configuration couldn't support more than we did. So we have to bolt it directly on the pump. Not the best scenario. It "could" have been done but would be out of scope and trying to get it in scope is nearly impossible. We went off the AHJs engineering feasibility study, where they missed it.

Heres the pump setup. 3 electic pumps in parallel, 2 on city power and 1 on generator. All Wilo brand, panels are not designed for automatic operation. So if the system goes off they have to run down and turn them on. Also the generator is not automatic, so if power goes out they have to run down and turn it on. The pump are horizontal going in and vertical out, the correct term for this style is alluding me at this moment. Everything about this project stinks but it only has to be "good enough". Probably will have to drill the valve and void the listing. Material needs to be procured in the states and shipped. The survey team missed the PN16 flange. Just sent Class 150 flanged. We'll approve the voiding of the listing from the local AHJ representative and proceed. Luckily though the victaulic groove flange adapters have slotted bolt holes designed for it. Aaron M.
