Hello this has to do with when egress windows are not provided in 1-2 family dwellings, and the sprinkler has to be designed per 13R as per IBC is there an exception or industry std on whether to provide a local flow alarm and fire dept connection 13 R says they are required does a private home need a fdc and a bell
