Let me rephrase my question, where would the intersection of the transverse flue and longitudinal flue be? Is it literally between loads as the figures in 13 show, or can the intersection be anywhere along the height of the load up to the maximum of 10'?

The spec states that the in-rack sprinklers are to be installed at the 10' and 20' levels. This puts the sprinklers in about the center of a load rather than in between loads. All of the figures for in-racks show the sprinklers between loads which is how I've always designed them. The loads for this rack system are about 6'8" with approximately 7'4" between rack rails. The racks are double row, 26' group A plastics. Is it acceptable to have the sprinklers half way into a load, or will I need to add a row of in-racks? Not sure if this is enough info, but thanks for the help.
