First thing is to ask the client if they have any corporate standards regarding protection of baghouses.
There are also times when the manufacturer will provide internal suppression. If they don't, refer to FM Data Sheet 7-73 and also NFPA 654 for some guidance. This is not a typical NFPA 13 job. Most are protected by deluge systems with linear heat detection or other type of heat detection systems. Water drainage from the unit is an issue as the excess weight of accumulated water within can cause a structural collapse. Craig L.
