Todd - I do respectively disagree with what one of your points. Look at Tyco products. They has have their own website for the fire sprinkler product line. Maybe this what Victaulic should follow. I know I have little to no issues with Tyco-fire website.
Victaulic can do it. The question is whether they care enough to fix the issues. Their fire product line is much smaller in sales than their mechanical product line. I know I have personally expressed my issues directly to Victaulic so many times I have got tired of it. No one seemed to be able to do anything. I also agree that I use my iPhone and iPad to access all the manufactures website. Any improvements in this area would be very useful.
