John, If Victaulic had a dedicated FP site, that would be helpful. Tyco.com (as opposed to tyco-fire.com) has more of the feel of Victaulic.com.
I had spoken to Vic a couple of times when they were still using Flash on their website as being not compatible with iOS. That did get changed. I'm sure there is more than one Vic employee that is on this forum and has read this thread.
