Yes..QR reduction permitted. We take the height based on the distance from the lowest ceiling to the peak. Remember to take the 30% increase for sloped ceilings.

One thing to consider. You are going to be limited to 120 sq ft per sprinkler. Consider using 4.2k SSU (light hazard wet pipe) as it will greatly minimize the over-discharge and therefore friction losses in your system.
