Subject:

We have an A.H.J. insisting on documentation that standard spray sprinklers
are approved for installation heights of, in this case, 40 to 50 feet AFF.
This is not storage- it is Atrium and similar. For discussion purposes,
assume NFPA #13 (2013), please. We are thinking a sprinkler for this
application is not height dependent. All construction is Non-Comb, some
obstructed, some un-obstructed. I fear this might be a matter of "too
generally known to be written down anywhere", but then the A.H.J. is not
from this area.

any sharing of thoughts or experience will be appreciated!!!

thanks,
