I have an architect asking if protection is required under a high rise building - noncombustible, if they raise the first occupied floor up so that the "ground floor" is open underneath. There will be nothing obstructing the view from one side to the other except the stairwells and elev shaft basically.
I cannot find anything excludes protection....am I missing it?
