Yes, but this is no more of a cost burden for *many* landmark commercial
buildings than the non-landmark commercial buildings next door which are
not exempt.

I know that in some cases, the whole building is just beautiful and
historic. I am not talking about that. I am talking about an old building
with historic facade, lobbies, and elevators, but the rest is just standard
office.
