Ron's comments are correct. The worst I thought was held up by this so long that other, later proposed projects in same town were built, trucks backed up to the doors, and the start up management team moved to other new projects, and yet the other one hadn't turned a shovel of dirt. Although in this case it was the corporate division manager for the firm, not the architect. The even flew out all the brass for a meeting to get us on board. It was like two different civilizations without a common language encountering each other. Mostly they just ended up frustrated and angry. Most didn't choose to hold up their own projects for a couple years.
