IN the 2015 IBC it is in 903.3.8 - Limited Area Sprinkler Systems

Limited to 6 sprinklers protecting either LH or OH / valve not required but if 
one is provided it must be electrically supervised / must calculate the 
sprinkler AND INCLUDE SIMULTANEOUS DOMESTIC DEMAND.

You probably also have to have a back flow preventer but the way it is written 
makes it debatable.

Other than that, easy peasy.
