NFPA 13 (07ed), light hazard

I have an area with a bunch of rooms that are 14’x14’ with a ceiling at
14ft elevation and a 7’x7’ “pedestal cloud” in the middle of the room at
12ft elevation. The cloud will be attached to the upper ceiling with a
pedestal base that will act as a wall to the any sprinklers in the high
ceiling. Can I apply the ceiling pocket (8.6.7) or change in ceiling
elevation (8.6.4.1.1.3) and only put one head in the rooms in the lower
cloud? Otherwise I would need 3 heads and that seems like overkill.

Thanks,

Dewayne
