Ceiling height needs to be the Highest point within Storage area(example I have 
is 2/12 pitch roof) 
25'6" will have a different psi starting PSIthan 24'6"just taking a quick 
glance,using NFPA 13 2013 edtiontable 17.2.3.1   may get a starting point.
