Set up a Dropbox account. Put the PDF copies of standards on your Dropbox. Then 
I can access copies of standards right in a meeting or anytime.  

It has served me well over the years. 

As an outside design firm, embracing cloud computing via the full versions of 
Dropbox has been a game changer.
