3.3.1 (13 edition of 13R) States, lavatory or water closet.

Lavatory  = sink

Water Closet = toilet.

Subject: 13R SINK ROOM

NFPA 13R states (2013), "A.6.6.2 A room is still considered a bathroom if
it contains just a toilet. Additionally, two bathrooms can be adjacent to

each other and are considered separate rooms, provided they are enclosed
with the required level of construction."

Would the room adjacent to the Bath Room that is 22 sf and only contains a
sink still be considered a Bath Room, or does it require a sprinkler?

Thank you,
