Just yesterday we got caught on a jurisdictional rule regarding clearances
in riser and pump rooms. Fortunately correctible and not too costly,
without tearing down walls. Still, not anything found elsewhere,
particularly 18" behind the risers, and a change from their 2015 "different
than anybody else" rule. An easy internet search found the rule and a few
other oddities, but as they say SH. But yes, always verify the source as it
often is grabbed directly from a butt.
