I agree about being accessable thru ceilings.  I just mentioned it as to
describe what it is: not a mezzanine or deck area above the ceiling.  I
agree with the single (or two) sprinklers at the unit idea, was just
looking for some backup.  As said before, the information from this group,
more than pays for the cost of AFSA membership!
