So ... every day is a new adventure. We have a client who purchased a 30,000 sqft industrial building with the intent to convert it in to an open, craftsperson's type market. Vendors will work on crafts, and sell them from stalls. I've got a feeling that this is more than just a mercantile occupancy. Thoughts and opinions are welcome ...
