All - For the 2022 edition of NFPA 13, some clarifications and changes are coming for the "Phantom Flow" calculation process. The diagram in the annex has been revised. These changes are still tentative since the NITIAM process is currently occurring. Hopefully, these changes will make it easier to understand. NFPA's website has the proposed language.
