When does a hotel room become a condo and are there any sprinkler omissions allowed? Looking at some review comments for a project we were asked to take over and the first 8 floors are "hotel" rooms and the next 11 are "condos".. I know NFPA-13 is clear on closets and bathrooms for hotels & motels but I don't see anything that talks about condo's.
