It's the time of year for me to order new calibrated gauges for all of our pitots. Is there any rule or reason it would not be a good idea to put a snubber on these to hopefully make them last a little longer? I find that they often only last a few months before breaking or getting clogged. Does anyone have experience doing this, or can recommend a certain snubber?
