Taylor, I don't think you'll find one, and also don't think the head underneath a garage door would need to be the same temp as the ceiling sprinklers. I don't think there is an exact code reference for this in the current edition of 13. The next edition of NFPA-13 will state(at least per what is shown on the 2nd draft report) that supplemental sprinklers will need to be QR and have an ordinary temp rating unless the specific location requires a higher temperature per 9.4.2.5.
