Related to this, I have a dry system I’m reviewing that features return beds feeding a dry pendant head. My argument is that the environment is not maintained at 40F or above as mentioned in the 2016 edition section 7.2.2. I see water filling the return bend during a three year full trip. His argument is that he is using a listed dry sprinkler. Who is right?
