Hi,
Seeing that the path external library was updated because of a hard
crash with Python 2.7.3, I remembered the fixes I have for Issue 812,
which involved this library and which I haven't pushed. Since this issue
is the most outstanding unicode bug we have in Spyder, I would like to
include them in the next stable release since 2.2 is still some months
ahead of us.
What do you think Pierre?
