Thanks Carlos. Appreciate the response. The sequence of steps that I followed was from that same page that you referenced. The steps were actually quite straight forward, as there were very few options to potentially get wrong. Are there more detailed activities missing from that list that I need to also be doing?
If I do have to go back to one of the "easy ways" do they give me the same direct access to the core Spyder application, desktop icons, etc? Along that path, when I did an uninstall as mentioned, it did not delete all of the application files. Can I do an uninstall and then simply delete whatever directories and files do not get removed?
