I have a related question: I want to start using pyDSTools for the
analysis/simulation of systems of differential equations. Has anyone
installed and used that successfully with Spyder on Windows? I am looking
at the documentation and it looks somewhat daunting just getting it up and
running:
http://www.ni.gsu.edu/~rclewley/PyDSTool/FrontPage.html

It doesn't seem to have a simple pip or easy_install type installation. Or
am I completely missing it?
