Hi,
I think you need to close the Help pane and restart Spyder to fix this
problem.
Cheers,

I have a weird screen/mouse issue with Spyder 3 on Windows 10. The
menu bar is missing, as are other parts of the Spyder window(s) near
the border of the main window. However, even though the menu bar is
missing I can still click menu items with the mouse, because it seems
like the mouse is miscalibrated in the vertical direction. When I
click on point (x,y) it seems to respond to a point that is multiple
pixels higher than that (also in the editor window the mouse is off by
approx 1 full line which is *really* annoying as you can imagine).
I have tried:
* Factory reset to default
* Auto high DPI scaling
Both to no avail. I am on a Dell XPS 15 with FHD screen, if that
helps. Does anyone have an idea what is going on here?
