to announce that Spyder *3.2.8* has been released and is available for
Windows, GNU/Linux and MacOS X:

This release comes 2 weeks after version 3.2.7 and it adds the following
new features:

Editor
o Add |Ctrl+Shift+Enter| shortcut to introduce new lines at any point.
*
IPython console
o Always run Cython files in a dedicated console.
In this release we fixed 23 issues and merged 27 pull requests that
