I'm Windows 10 I've just updated tensorflow package by using Miniconda3+conda. It worked fine. But Spyder is not informed of this update and still continue to use an older Tensorflow version. I suspect that it is a PATH issue, but for me it is like "chinese". Do I need to reinstall Spyder ? Thx for help.
