your browser does not honour filename= in the header.  dnsetup.pl is
a script which reads in setup.pl and pipes it to STDOUT.

Most browser do get it right and put the proper filename into the download
window. This was verified with Netscape, Galeon, Lynx, W3M, links on
FreeBSD and Explorer on XP.
