Is this a delaied message? If not, this was just discussed a couple days
ago, with a chown command and all.

It appears to me that the permissions for /usr/sql-ledger/users/ and
/usr/sql-ledger/templates/rshepard/ are as they were before. Where do I look
for the altered perms, and what should the correct ones be?
