Hi Rich,
Exactly which version of SQL-L are you running?
Also, what was the previous difference between A and B?

This discrepancy has existing a long time and I'd like to resolve it ...
if I can, that is.
When I view Reports -> Trial Balance my checking account balance is
amount
'A'; when I click on that account number and look at the transactions in
that
account I see the current balance at the bottom is 'B'. Amount 'A' is
exactly $18,000.00 greater than is amount 'B'.
Ledger check shows no orphaned transactions or ledger entries. The
checking account reconciles with the bank statements. What might cause this
discrepancy in displayed amounts?
When I asked awhile ago about this the dollar difference between the two
displays was much greater than it is now. But I could not find any entries
that would show a different total on the trial balance view than on the
account transaction register view. All other accounts on the trial balance
agree with their individual account transaction registers.
Puzzled,
Rich
