I Suggest you check out: System:Currencies:List Currencies If not allready there, ADD currencies as needed. Precision in your case will be probably 0 for EEK cirrency and 2 for EUR.
Then go to the SQL Ledger Menu item Echange rates to set exchange ratesfrom EEK to EUR and Back in SQL Ledger, will probably be fixed from now till 2011 anyway, so no need to do updates.
