Yes, seems You right

but gentelmans (and ladyes), we already have different currencies on SL, we just need put more than 1 currencies to the invoice.

Like this:
Total EEK 1000.-
and
Total EUR 64.-

I think there are some calculations with ratings in template?

I am not sure that is correct, nor that a close and restore of database
is needed.
IIRC you can use up to three currencies at once, as long as you give the
exchange rates the system will work fine I guess.

Per transaction where money is involved (in an accounting package that
will be almost all I guess) a pull-down menu will appear when there is
more than one currency avaiable in the system.

If have not tried this yet in my testfirm, but my hunch is that if all
transactions are filled in correct with right currency, this pulldown
menu will also show on the reports.
Calculations on the exchange rates will be done before shoing the report
on screen / at printer.

If anyhow that should not be the case, have a look at global system
settings. Here you can probably choose the currencies you want and the
order in which you like to see them.

Please feel free to use the concept of test firms for things like this.
No copyright on the test firm concept, true Open Source as far as I know ;-)
I find it most helpfull and what's even better, it does not break data
in REAL databases.

    Hi,

also bear in mind that the FIRST currency listed is the default
    bookkeeping currency!
P&L and balance sheet will show in the default currency.

I think that you will have to close your books at end of June anyway.
As there can't be 2 default (base) currencies and the new currency
would be incorrect for all old postings I would install a new
database and copy all parts, services, customers, vendors etc.
Then, of course, specify EUR as base currency.

    Regards,
    Bernd
